Ate a delicious lunch here. A friend and I ordered a different sandwich each, asked them to cut in half so we could share. Great decision because both were wonderful flavors and very different. It came with a small cookie.

Yummy! Original recipes made fresh while you wait. I got the Turkey with Pimento Cheese, very different and good, you get a hot chocolate chip cookie with your order. The sandwiches are a little pricey but good size, you could split one if you got yourself a side like potato salad or pasta salad also made fresh daily. The seating inside is not the best, crowded on Saturday, there is plenty of seating outside, it was 100 degrees outside when we went so we opted out. They also make fresh black iced tea that is delicious. I will be back but plan on sharing my sandwich so I can try the pasta salad. 😁

Nice little shop and luncheon spot, it’s a good place to meet a friend for lunch. Sandwiches are fresh and unique combinations— I had a Turkey Ceaser which was really pretty good. It was just as it sounds— turkey with a chopped Ceaser salad on it, on a fresh homemade roll. They have great sourdough breads; they have Olipop and other canned drink options. Not a big menu— just a good selection of sandwiches and a few sides. You order at the counter. There’s more seating in the back, and also out front if the weather is nice. It always takes a while to find a parking spot In downtown McKinney so leave more time than you think for that.

I absolutely love this food having lived in Italy. These sandwiches that you pick fresh that are made daily are in 80 an area where you can pick your sandwich of choice and then they make it a Panini. They press it and heat it and when it comes to you, it’s an absolute fabulous Melt in your mouth savory bite. The ambience is wonderful. It’s a great place to sit with your friends and have a chat in a meal.

Located on the McKinney Square. If it’s busy downtown forget about parking anywhere near here unless you get lucky. It’s a part shop and restaurant with seating in the back and on the porch which is nice. Not a lot of selection of items, but quality is usually very good. I usually get the famous ham and cheese. It’s smoked ham and cheese with jalapeño peach jelly on an jalapeño and cheddar sourdough. It’s very good and a good portion. I also got red potato salad as a side. Good potato salad with actual pickles in it. You get a very good chocolate chip cookie free with your order. My total was $20. It can be a little slow to get your food if there are more than a few people in front of you. If you have never been where you order is not 100% clear. Overall, they have some good sandwiches and the location is hard to beat right on the square. Be aware if it’s busy on the square you will have a wait.
